Detailed description of Riverview Golf Course
Riverview Golf Course is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Sun City, Arizona.
Riverview Golf Course first opened for play in 1972. The course was designed by Jeff Hardin.
The course is known for its large elevated undulating greens. Word is, "if you can putt on the greens at Riverview, you can putt on any greens."
Ponds that come into play on six holes. The fairways are wide and some of them are slight doglegs. The terrain typically is flat with some rolling hills. The club is open to the public from Memorial Day until Labor Day, it's a private course between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Different way to say it....public in the summer months, private in the winter months.
Blue tees: par-72, 6,391 yards, 69.3 / 117
White tees: par-72, 6,053 yards, 67.9 / 113
Red tees: par-72, 5,588 yards, 69.4 / 111

This is one of my home courses and I play multiple times in the winter. Greens are usually in very good condition. Fairways are very good and the dormant areas out of the fairways are very playable.
